It’s time to break up with your carrier.
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, Verizon is urging you to ditch your toxic carrier and make the switch. I created the visual identity and high-fidelity mockups to support this campaign’s cheeky, light-hearted messaging, in order to garner consumers’ attention in a high traffic, OOH environment, while also ensuring brand compliance.

The obstacle
Balancing a more light-hearted “breakup” narrative with Verizon’s premium brand visuals was a challenge. However, this campaign was created to target Verizon’s Gen Z sector, so I sought to create visuals that were humorous and fun in nature, while also ensuring the brand’s integrity did not get diminished.
The Solution
Verizon’s bold color palettes of striking reds and neon yellows paired with the cheeky, fun headlines aided in creating eye-catching visuals that were perfectly suited for a high traffic environment. Balancing these colors with simple, almost emoji-like vector graphics brings an element of youthful vibrance to this Gen Z targeted campaign.
